Hi Fadi, Thank you for your help and your skills to deal with difficult situation. I admit I was concerned from the start having someone unfamiliar with our issues here with Nav and somewhat Sage working on my system. It has been difficult and very stressful few days. Having said that I left here last night feeling confident you would resolve the issues. Thank you again for your skills and your commitment to service your clients.
